ROBERTS SIGNS NEW DEAL

Cambridge United have announced that Kevin Roberts has signed a new contract.

Roberts 21, has been a regular in the United line up this season mainly playing at right back and also covering the centre back position.

The full back, a former Chester player will no doubt form the cornerstone of the United defence next season and has stated that he is right behind manager Jez George's plans.

Manager Jez George will try and tie up a few more deals in the next couple of weeks.
